The Centre for Innovative Justice (RMIT University) needed a partner to map the various user journeys of the current road toll systems in the Melbourne area. A sprawling web of journeys pin pointed areas of where the system fails with some horrendous outcomes for users. The result led to equipping CIJ with a set of designs and tools for them to further educate key stakeholders.
